The Daymark Recovery Services team is excited to announce we now provide accessibility and language support on our website. To ensure all individuals within the communities we serve can access information and services barrier-free, everyone can now customize their experience through a range of tools. On our website, you can activate this inclusive support by clicking the dark blue accessibility icon located at the right of our website (https://www.daymarkrecovery.org/). Then choose from a range of features including translation into over 100 languages, text-to-speech functionality, reading aids, and styling options. This includes adjustments to color, font type, and size. Providing an inclusive experience online is extremely important to Daymark and we are committed to ensuring we help everyone view our content in a way that works best for them.

Daymark IT staff were recently presented with an “Excellence In Integration” Award by NextGen Healthcare. The award honored Daymark’s integrative use of the NextGen Healthcare solutions to improve workflows, efficiency, automation and delivery of healthcare services. Furthermore, it highlighted Daymark’s accomplishments in implementing technologies that lead to healthier communities.

Daymark CIO, Jerold Greer, accepted the award on behalf of IT and other teams within the organization who work tirelessly to inspire and empower people to seek and maintain recovery.

We are pleased to announce that Daymark Recovery Services has been selected by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services to add Tailored Care Management to its current services array, effective December 1, 2022.
