Guilford Residential Treatment Facility, located in High Point, is owned by Guilford County and operated by Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. Daymark Residential Treatment Center (DRTC) is a 56-bed facility that services both men and women (over age 18) and provides high-intensity residential care and treatment. We provide a comprehensive array of services to adults seeking help with addiction and substance related disorders in a residential setting to all eligiible persons of Guilford County. The overall goal and primary objective of this program is to restore individuals to sobriety and assist them in learning how to live a life free from addiction. Admissions
Admissions are currently completed Monday through Friday at 8am; both appointments and walk-ins are accepted. Any individual that is a Guilford County resident may present for a substance abuse screening and assessment for admission. A person may be referred by numerous sources or self-refer. Potential clients will be screened for medical necessity and appropriateness for the program. Clients must meet criteria for high-intensity residential treatment services. If clinically appropriate, a client will continue with the comprehensive clinical assessment and intake process, as well as enrollment in the MCO Network.

- 30-Day supply of all medications + Refills
Fees and Insurance
Daymark Residential Treatment Center is funded by Guilford County for Guilford County residents that are considered indigent with no means to pay for treatment. Persons served must show proof of income prior to admission to determine eligibility for services. No fees are charged for this services. Clients who have private pay insurance are not eligible for this service.
What we do here
Daymark Recovery Services is a non-profit organization established to provide comprehensive behavioral healthcare services as defined by those in the community in need of mental health or substance abuse treatment options. All of our staff are highly qualified individuals with a plethora of knowledge to suit individual care as needed. Each of our facilities has a core set of of service options available, however; some centers offer various group meetings or community outreach programs according to the service area. Please contact the center for schedules or further information as these programs and meetings vary and often change depending upon attendance and counselor availability.
